Thank you to everyone who supported the Bingo night in aid of raising funds for the Jamboree – the total raised was £596. Well done everyone.

Come along to Bingo on Friday 4th March, from 7-9.30pm in the church hall. The first game starts at 7.30pm. Bring your own food. In the interval there will be refreshments for sale in aid of the Jamboree fund – hotdogs, cakes, tea, coffee. There will be a raffle. Tickets are available from leaders – £5 adults, £3 children under 14, family ticket £15 (2 adults, 2 kids).

There is an opportunity to watch Leyton Orient play at home, and raise funds for the Jamboree team at the same time. This is a district outing on Saturday 29th March at The Matchroom Stadium, E10 5NF, at 2.30pm for 3pm kickoff. Click the image or link below to see a flyer with more details.

Galaxy are looking to help small, local community based projects and community minded people through their Hot Chocolate Fund.
From 4th November 2013 for 16 weeks they are seeking to donate eighty £300 awards to help people or groups with their community programmes.
Each week 1st Highams Park scouts have a chance to win the peoples vote.  The £300 would be a fantastic contribution to the jamboree fund!
